Supertake, Inc. ("Supertake," "we,” or “us”) provides a platform that allows users with tools to invest in investment ideas, strategies, takes and/or theses (the “Services”). Definitions
Affiliates		Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Nonaffiliates		Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Supertake does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing		A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. We do not engage in joint marketing.

Vermont: If you are a consumer with a Vermont mailing address, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of Supertake unless the law allows.
