Selling to the Ultra-Rich

The idea
I believe wealth keeps concentrating at the top, and the ultra-rich barely blink at recessions, so the businesses that sell to them should keep winning. This basket sticks to pure top-tier names only, supercars, private jets, yachts, high-end travel and luxury homes, skipping anything that leans on squeezed middle-class spending. It's spread across several categories rather than concentrated in one name, with a small cash buffer, and built to hold for years since this is a structural shift, not a quick trade. I'd rethink it if wealth concentration actually started reversing.
