The idea
I believe new wealth from markets, AI, and business sales is creating ultra-rich buyers faster than luxury prices show, and their spending stays strong even when everyday consumers pull back. Since the pure Swiss watch makers are not available on US exchanges, I built this around Ferrari, private aviation and yachts, five-star travel and casinos, luxury housing, and the wealth managers who profit as these fortunes grow.
What it owns
- Asset managers and financial platforms earn fees on wealth itself, so inflows from new fortunes flow directly into their revenue regardless of market conditions. · Morgan StanleyIt manages more ultra-high-net-worth assets than competitors, so inflows from wealth creation flow directly into its wealth management fees., BlackstoneIt channels private investment funds directly to affluent individuals, so growing inflows into private wealth products track new money being created and deployed., LPL FinancialIts advisor platform catches new wealth as it's created through business sales and stock events, so growing assets and advisor headcount reflect expanding fortunes., Charles SchwabIt gathers assets from wealthy to ultra-wealthy clients, so rising account balances and net new assets from wealth creation flow into its fee revenue., UBS GroupIt serves the global ultra-rich through its wealth management division, so growing ultra-high-net-worth assets show wealthy client bases expanding with new fortunes.26%
- Luxury hotels, high-end casinos and premium cruises capture discretionary spending by the ultra-wealthy on experiences and entertainment. · Wynn ResortsIt operates casino and resort properties built for the highest-spending guests, so premium gaming and room revenue hold when mass-market travel weakens., Viking HoldingsIt sells luxury cruises to affluent travelers including many newly wealthy from recent asset gains, so forward bookings and pricing at the top tier signal strong demand., Hyatt HotelsIt skews toward luxury and upscale properties more than competitors, so high-tier room rates and wealthy guest spending hold firm through broader travel softening., Royal Caribbean GroupIts premium ships and suite offerings capture rising wealth in luxury travel spending at scale, so per-guest spending and forward bookings at the high end confirm demand.19%

- Private aviation and boats are among the first major purchases wealth creates make after windfalls and serve as direct indicators of ultra-rich spending. · General DynamicsIts Gulfstream unit dominates private jets for the ultra-rich, so growing backlogs and delivery rates show wealthy buyers keep ordering even through downturns., TextronIts Cessna business jets serve freshly wealthy buyers below the ultra-luxury tier, so order activity and used-jet prices show private flying demand stays strong., Brunswick CorporationIt builds boats and marine engines the newly wealthy buy first, so premium-segment sales and margins hold firm when aspirational boat buyers pull back., MarineMaxIt is the largest US yacht dealer, a direct gauge of whether wealthy buyers are buying boats, so large-yacht sales and margins show ultra-rich spending holds.17%
- New wealth appears fastest in high-end real estate and the furnishings that fill it, often purchased with cash by buyers insensitive to interest rates. · Toll BrothersIt builds luxury homes often purchased in cash by wealthy buyers, so order rates and prices stay firm when financing costs freeze middle-class homebuying., RHIt furnishes luxury homes at prices only the wealthy afford through high-end galleries and membership programs, so premium sales hold through middle-class spending weakness., The St. Joe CompanyIt owns Florida coastal land where wealth keeps relocating and building, so rising land values and home sales to wealthy buyers reflect new money moving in.13%
