Golf Outside Office Hours

The idea
I believe flexible, work-from-anywhere hours are here to stay for the next few years, and knowledge workers will fill the gaps with golf, pickleball, and other outdoor sports rather than office small talk. This basket leans hardest into golf pure plays, then golf courses and clubs, outdoor and racquet gear, and the boats and RVs people buy when they can work from anywhere. I'm keeping 10% in cash to add if consumer stocks sell off, and I'd rethink this if companies start pulling people back to the office or cutting jobs, since either one shrinks midweek free time fast.
