The idea
I believe underfunded health systems push people, especially those training hard and pushing limits, to pay out of pocket for their own recovery, and that this builds a durable layer beneath the fitness and wearable boom rather than within it. So I skip the device makers and own what sits underneath: diagnostics and testing, rehab and sports-medicine equipment, physio and recovery operators blending coaches with AI, and the cash-pay rails underneath it all.
