The idea
I believe AI IPOs and secondary sales create a two-year wave of newly liquid wealth, and I want to own both ends of that flow. The basket leans into the rails first, wealth managers, brokerages, exchanges and underwriters handling the cash-outs, then follows the money to resort towns like Jackson Hole and Park City, through mountain real estate, private and first-class air travel, and high-end outdoor gear. I kept luxury brand names out on purpose and hold 11% cash to add if there are dips. If the wealth transfer thesis stalls or liquidity events dry up, I'd reconsider the whole idea.
