The idea
I think big food and beverage companies will keep stripping sugar out of drinks and snacks over the next few years, driven by GLP-1 era habits and sugar taxes. Rather than bet on which brand wins with its zero-sugar line, I own the suppliers who get paid regardless: flavor houses that make reformulations taste right, sweetener makers, and the texture and formulation specialists replacing sugar's bulk. It is concentrated in names closest to that order flow, with cash held back to add on dips, since I see this as a faster shift rather than a slow decade-long drift.
