The idea
I believe AGI pushes society into two tracks, and one side opts out toward real life, family, and smaller self-sufficient communities. As goods get cheaper, land stays scarce, so I own that scarcity directly through farmland, timberland, raw acreage, and urban rental housing, paired with the gear that makes new villages livable: home power, water systems, manufactured housing, and rural suppliers. I keep some cash on the side and spread it across many names rather than betting on one, since this is a slow, structural idea I plan to hold for years.
What it owns
