The idea
I believe covered call and options-income ETFs are becoming a mainstream way regular people invest, not a niche trade, and the fund flows will keep following that shift. Most of the basket sits in core income funds paying out monthly, with a smaller higher-yield sleeve of weekly payers and single-stock income funds for extra income. I balance that with plain index and dividend ETFs to offset price decay, hold a slice of the companies that profit from the flows regardless of which fund wins, and keep some cash on the side.
