The idea
I believe the next Monaco won't be built on land, it'll float. Pleasure destinations are already turning into branded worlds with their own culture and loyal fans, so I built this around cruise lines leading that shift, with casino resorts, marinas and yacht makers, and the events and sports companies that pull crowds filling out the picture. No single name is more than about 13%, I keep roughly 9% in cash, and I'm holding this for years, watching to see whether these floating resorts actually build the loyalty and calendars I expect.
