The idea
My bet is that as AI takes over the execution of knowledge work, people need less desk time, less compute, less monitor-heavy setups, and that reclaimed time and attention flows straight into leisure. I built this to own that dividend broadly rather than chase the obvious AI infrastructure names, splitting across travel and getting away, streaming and gaming, fitness and outdoors, and live events, with a small cash buffer. It's spread across established names in each bucket rather than concentrated bets, sized for a multi-year shift rather than a single catalyst.
What it owns
- When work can be done from anywhere, people take longer trips more often, and booking platforms, hotels and cruises capture that spending. · Booking HoldingsIt takes a cut of an enormous global share of travel bookings, so it wins when people travel more without needing to pick individual hotels or airlines., AirbnbIt captures the most direct bet on location-independent work, where people take longer stays in more places because work travels with them., Royal Caribbean GroupCruises are pure leisure spending where people book big experiences and spend onboard money when they have more free time available., Expedia GroupIt serves as the second major travel booking platform, riding overall travel demand rather than depending on one company's execution., Hilton WorldwideIt generates fee income that scales with travel volume from the other giant hotel system, keeping the dividend bet from depending on one brand winning., Marriott InternationalIt collects fees on rooms across the biggest hotel loyalty base without owning buildings, winning when trip frequency and room nights rise together.30%
